Next Steps
Referrals, assessments and admissions to Gloucester House are dealt with by our admissions co-ordination manager. A referral/information pack can be requested from the contact form, or you can call the centre for further information if required.
Individuals can self refer into Gloucester House. On receipt of a referral an assessment date is organised, normally at Gloucester House, where referrers and family members are welcome to attend.
Telephone assessments can also be arranged if the distance to travel for assessment is too far, or an individual is in prison and cannot be released to attend.
It is also a requirement that referring agencies provide a support plan, risk assessment and resettlement support plan for their client, if applicable.
